Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 15 August 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Trade Stream website and enquiries submitted to TRADE STREAM LOJİSTİK DIŞ TİCARET SANAYİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“Trade Stream”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By using this website or submitting a business enquiry, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

1. Our Services

Trade Stream provides business-to-business services that may include:

  • Product and supplier sourcing in Türkiye
  • Supplier research and commercial verification
  • Export and trade management
  • Private label and product development coordination
  • Market entry and brand representation
  • Factory visits and Türkiye Trade Tour programs
  • Logistics, documentation and shipment coordination

The exact scope, responsibilities, timing, fees and deliverables of each project are defined in a separate proposal, quotation, service agreement or written confirmation.

2. B2B Website

This website is intended primarily for businesses, professional buyers, manufacturers, distributors, brands and commercial partners.

Information published on the website does not constitute a binding offer, guarantee or professional legal, customs, tax or financial advice.

3. No Automatic Contract

Submitting a contact form, WhatsApp message, email or sourcing request does not automatically create a commercial agreement.

A project begins only after the scope, commercial terms and responsibilities have been confirmed in writing by the relevant parties.

4. Role of Trade Stream

Depending on the agreed project, Trade Stream may act as a sourcing partner, export coordinator, commercial consultant, representative or project manager.

Unless expressly confirmed in writing, Trade Stream is not the manufacturer, carrier, customs authority, testing laboratory or final seller of third-party products.

Manufacturers, logistics companies, customs brokers and other service providers remain responsible for the services and products they directly provide.

5. Quotations and Commercial Information

Prices, lead times, minimum order quantities, freight costs and product availability may change based on supplier conditions, raw-material costs, currency movements, transport rates and regulatory requirements.

A quotation is valid only for the period stated in that quotation. If no validity period is stated, Trade Stream may request reconfirmation before accepting an order.

6. Samples and Product Approval

Samples are provided for evaluation and approval before production when applicable.

The client is responsible for reviewing and approving specifications, formulation, colour, scent, packaging, labelling, design and other relevant product details.

Approved samples or written specifications may be used as the production reference.

7. Compliance and Market Requirements

Clients must inform Trade Stream of the destination country and any relevant product, labelling, registration, certification or import requirements.

Trade Stream may coordinate compliance-related documents or third-party services, but final approval remains subject to manufacturers, laboratories, authorities and regulations in the destination market.

8. Payments

Payment terms are specified in the relevant quotation, invoice or agreement.

Production, sourcing, travel arrangements or third-party bookings may require advance payment. Bank charges, taxes, customs duties and third-party costs are the client’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

Because Trade Stream provides customized B2B services, standard consumer return rights do not normally apply.

Cancellation, refund and credit conditions depend on the stage of the project, completed work, supplier commitments, production status and non-refundable third-party costs.

The applicable conditions will be stated in the relevant proposal, invoice or project agreement.

10. Delivery and Logistics

Delivery schedules are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Production delays, customs inspections, port congestion, carrier changes, weather conditions, regulatory actions and other events outside reasonable control may affect delivery.

Risk, title and delivery responsibility are determined by the agreed commercial terms and applicable Incoterms.

11. Confidentiality

Each party must protect confidential commercial information received during a project, including quotations, supplier information, product specifications, pricing, business plans and customer information.

Confidential information may be shared with relevant manufacturers, logistics providers, consultants or authorities only when reasonably necessary to perform the agreed services.

12. Intellectual Property

Trade Stream retains ownership of its website, branding, original content, reports, processes and materials unless otherwise agreed.

Product designs, packaging, trademarks and other intellectual property created or supplied during a project are governed by the relevant written agreement.

Clients must ensure that materials, trademarks and designs they provide do not infringe third-party rights.

13. Website Content

We aim to keep website information accurate and current. However, market data, regulations, service details and external links may change.

Trade Stream may update, remove or correct website content without prior notice.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trade Stream is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or consequences resulting from decisions made solely on general website information.

Any project-specific liability will be governed by the applicable quotation, service agreement and mandatory law.

15. Force Majeure

Neither party is responsible for delays or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, government restrictions, strikes, transport disruption, epidemics, supplier shutdowns or major communication failures.

16. Privacy

Personal information submitted through this website is processed according to our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.

17. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

Unless mandatory law or a separate written agreement requires otherwise, disputes will be subject to the competent courts and enforcement offices of Bursa, Türkiye.

18. Changes to These Terms

Trade Stream may update these Terms and Conditions when its services, legal obligations or business practices change.

The latest version will be published on this page with its effective date.
